Effective June 27, 2026. This policy covers the Voidscape website, prelaunch signup, account management, downloads, and public trust pages.
Account signup stores your email address, chosen username, password hash, session hashes, character links, recovery-code hashes, starter-card entitlement state, and account security events.
If Google sign-in is enabled, the portal stores the Google account id, verified email, display name, and avatar URL returned by Google. Discord links, if enabled, store the Discord identity and role metadata needed for community access.
The portal may create or link game characters, read safe character snapshot fields, and write account-level markers such as web_account_id, starter_card:<accountId>, and subscription expiry markers so the Lumbridge vendor and portal agree.
To prevent starter-card abuse, the portal stores salted hashes of IP, email, and identity signals with counters and review reasons. These signals are for account protection and staff review, not public display.
Public trust pages show aggregate staff-action, build, item-history, and account-integrity summaries. They intentionally exclude raw IP addresses, private identifiers, full command arguments, and private findings.
Normal web server logs may include IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and download requests. The portal also records lightweight funnel clicks so launch links can be checked for broken or confusing paths.
You can use email/password signup without Google when Google is optional, generate recovery codes, rotate your password, end other sessions, or request deletion of portal account data through the process below.
Use the data deletion page for the deletion process. Some game records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and AGPL/source-distribution records may be retained where needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
