Data deletion
Use this process to request deletion of your Voidscape game/app account, characters, portal account, prelaunch reservations, Google-linked web account, and associated account data.
Email support@voidscape.gg from the email address on the account. Include your portal email, game character names, and whether you want portal-only deletion or deletion of the complete Voidscape game/app account and associated data where possible.
Staff may ask for a recovery-code proof, a recent account action, or another private confirmation. Do not send your password. We will never ask for it.
After verification, we delete or anonymize portal account data that is no longer needed. We may retain limited security, abuse-prevention, payment, entitlement, server-log, or game-integrity records when needed to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, preserve fair play, or satisfy legal obligations.
When the request is complete, staff will confirm by email or the official support channel used for the request. If a connected provider such as Google is involved, you can also remove Voidscape access from that provider's own account settings.
