Wilderness PvP
Ten seconds clear before you teleport
In the Wilderness, the Skull Mask, Void Cape and other item teleports require 10 seconds without PvP combat before you can use them.
- Both players get the timer. A valid player attack restarts the wait for both fighters, even if it misses or the spell fails.
- You can keep running. Try to teleport too soon and a message tells you how many seconds remain.
- Switching items won't skip it. The timer is shared across these teleports and stays with you if you reconnect.
The same rule covers the Cape of Legends, Charged Dragonstone Amulet and Eternal Dragon Amulet.
NPC attacks and lingering poison do not restart this PvP timer. Existing destinations, charges, membership requirements, Wilderness level limits and spell teleport rules stay the same.
Bring the Dragon tools
The Dragon pickaxe and harpoon make gathering attempts every two game ticks. That is about 1.28 seconds in these clips. Failed attempts still happen.
A longer mining batch
The pickaxe can finish up to six successful mines from copper through mithril, or four from adamantite and runite. Your unlocked batching limit still applies. Once started, that batch can finish even if the rock becomes depleted.

More time catching fish
The harpoon works through its batch by counting the fish you receive. A double catch uses two places, and the batch respects the space in your inventory. It keeps its existing swordfish and shark targeting.

Finish the batch with Dragon's Fury
Use Dragon's Fury while mining or harpooning for a 15% chance to finish the rest of your current batch instantly. A successful burst plays the Fury animation.
Each tool has its own three-minute cooldown. An unsuccessful attempt uses that cooldown too. You still need room for the rewards.
The pickaxe still requires 65 Mining; the harpoon requires 68 Fishing, along with the fishing spot's usual level. Existing bonus-resource chances and XP rules remain.
A rarer pickaxe: Fire Giants drop it at 1 in 400, down from 1 in 200. Chest drop chances are unchanged.
Make your coal go further
Wear the new Midas gloves to halve the coal needed for smelting and turn ordinary bars out faster.
Ordinary smelting drops from three ticks to two. The ore cost and XP per bar stay the same. Gold, silver and special recipes keep their existing timing.

Quicker work at the anvil, too
The gloves allow up to two standard anvil recipes per tick. Each recipe still consumes its normal bars and awards its normal XP.

Where to find them
The Stone Guardian chance is an extra roll alongside its ordinary loot. The gloves are tradeable.
A little more room for the haul
Nurmof sells a Gem pouch and a Coal pouch for 200,000 coins each.
The Gem pouch holds 30 uncut gems shared across its eight supported types. The Coal pouch holds 30 coal. Use Fill, Check and Empty to manage them yourself.
With your bank open, you can empty the contents straight into it.
Both pouches are bound to your character. An unsafe death drops their contents; safe deaths keep them.
Logs in. Ashes in your pack.
Use logs on an ordinary furnace to burn them as a batch. The matching ashes go straight into your inventory.
Furnace burning gives half the usual Firemaking XP in return for the convenience. Burning individual logs on the ground keeps its existing rewards.
A cape for the long hunt
Reach 99 Slayer and visit the Void Enclave Quartermaster to buy the animated Slayer cape for 250,000 coins.

Master's Choice
Wear the cape when getting a new task to receive two eligible assignments. Keep your task or switch to the alternative before your first task kill. Reopening the panel or logging back in keeps the same choices.
Complete the Slayer set
Wear the cape, Skull Mask and Bone shield together for 20% more accuracy and an extra 20 percentage points of damage against eligible monsters on your current task. With the mask's existing bonus, that is 40% total task damage.
The new set bonus applies only to eligible task monsters. It does not apply in PvP or against unrelated monsters.
Stock up between tasks
Elemental rune rewards from the Slayer Chest now contain 300–600 runes.
Air, Water, Earth and Fire runes each have a 1.75% chance, keeping their combined chance at 7%.
Sixteen selected Skull Crypt, Undercrypt and Wilderness monsters also gain balanced drops of the four elemental runes. Other rewards are unchanged. Check the Bestiary for each creature's table.
The small things you notice
Clearer potions and prayer menus
Every dose of Super Combat potion is now dark green, making it easier to distinguish. The prayer list no longer turns blank after you scroll through spells, and each tab keeps its scroll position.

Before · retained still
Prayer list restored
Skull Mask drops and spells
The Skull Mask's default loot beam and owner drop sound are restored. Its existing task damage bonus also applies correctly to Iban Blast and god spells.
Ready when the fight starts
Logging in with a bow equipped no longer requires re-equipping it before automatic ranged retaliation works.
Skull Sentinels can reach the intended dry fighting area while the safe water ledges stay safe.
More reliable container saves
Herb Sack and mining pouch contents now save together with the death result, preventing a failed save from leaving only part of that result recorded.
Thanks for playing Voidscape.
